Growing up, I loved my tempura. 

But I realized in the recent years, I've just been avoiding it. Why you ask? Well, it's usually over oily and the batter is never right. 

Although, recently my dad came across an article on a newly opened tempura shop and suggested that we go try it out and I'm really glad we did, because it's just that awesome!
