Lucky day!

We’ve been prawning together a fair amount of times now, but we’ve never been able to catch the prawn with the red tag. Oh yes, let me explain what that is. 

At this place at Jurong, where we go prawning, they’d usually throw in 1-2 random huge prawns with red tags attached to their tail. If you’re lucky enough to catch one, you win a free hour of prawning, valid Monday through Thursday. 

So yes, we always witness other lucky people catching it, but never us.

Well, today, we finally managed to get one! We didn’t catch it per se, rather, as our time had ended and we were getting our net out of the pond, we realized that it was hooked onto our net! Well, it chose us right? Teehee.
