What is this?

When I saw cheesey burger, this was definitely not what I had in mind.

I was thinking that there was cheese stuffed inside the burger patty or something along the lines of that. Basically, I wasn't expecting this when I opened the box.

What is this? This is a little bit too extreme, don’t you think?
