Sanpoutei used to be a place we’d frequent, well, once a month at least, but that was before corona virus.

Since then, my father hasn’t been and decided he wanted to go there today.

Ordered our usual and here’s what we had earlier.

Well, we've never had their tsukemen and decided that we wanted to give it a go and to be honest, it wasn't bad. The best tsukemen to me is still the one from Taishoken. I'd give anything to have that bowl of tsukemen again!

Oh, we ordered that buta don halfway through our meal and you should have seen the judgmental eyes we got from the waitress. She walked towards us with the bowl of rice and then she u-turned and went to check if she was sending it to the right table. She then came back and asked if we ordered it. As she put the bowl down, I could see from her facial expression - "Bxxxh wtf, how you guys eat so much?" 

And yes, that was the joke of the day.
