Experimenting.

I think Japanese curry has become my specialty dish.

When I first started cooking it, it was diluted and quite tasteless. I have since then perfected my curry cooking skills and I'm very proud of it. Teehee.

One thing about Japanese curry is that it pretty much goes with any ingredient. It goes well with chicken, beef, pork, anything you fancy really.

Today, I decided to experiment with tuna chunks.


Turned out quite good to be honest.
