SUKIYA.

I had a craving for sukiya today.

The best way to describe it - Japanese steamboat. Why Japanese ? Well, because the soup base is sukiyaki or shabu-shabu. The ingredients are pretty similar to the Chinese steamboat, except for the odd things like konnyaku. Ahhhhh, my favorite.
