Colosseum's official opening.

Today was the long awaited day for the official opening of Colosseum @ Bugis+.

We were all super excited and nervous at the same time. Apart from the minor hiccup that we had just before opening, I think pretty much everything else went smoothly. We even managed to fill up the waiting list sheet. It was great seeing some of the old customers as well. 

For lunch today, I went to ramen champion with Desmond & Bao bao. I had butter-miso ramen from がんてつ. What a sinful meal it was though.
