Thai beef salad.

This week, my mother had some duties on at church and told us that she would be a little later coming home, and asked if we didn't mind having some beef salad as that is the fastest dish she could whip up in a short amount of time, and of course we didn't mind. In fact, my mouth is watering again just typing this post out. Teehee.
