Watercress soup.

Ever since I could remember, I've always known myself to be a soup, gravy and sauce lover. Be it miso soup, Chinese soup, creamy soup, anything you name it, I'd drink it and that includes gravy.

Today, I had a craving for some watercress and pork ribs soup and what do you know? My awesome mother made me some!
