練り切り.
練り切り or nerikiri is a type of traditional Japanese sweet. It is made with sweetened white bean paste and glutinous rice flour.
Traditionally, nerikiri is filled with either red or white bean paste.
But we're calling this the Japanese mooncake and instead and we've filled them up with our own homemade lotus, chestnut and red dates paste.
These are all individually handcrafted and a 100% homemade.
