So, for the longest time ever, my mother has been telling me about this awesome steamed chicken, but I never got to eat it till today, that is.

The verdict ? 

IT WAS FANFUCKENTASTIC.

The chicken tastes like the normal Hainanese steamed white chicken, but the gravy was of next level. It's like essence of chicken. Super rich and tasty. Sadly though, it wasn't enough. 

Okay, Empress Ki is calling me. Totally addicted right now.
