 It's pretty weird not being able to celebrate mother's day at her favorite restaurant huh ? Be it pre, on the day itself or post celebrations, thanks to COVID, we're all forced to have a quiet one in. Oh, not forgetting those that aren't staying with their parents. How inconvenient. ~T.T~

Well, I'm lucky enough to be able to celebrate mother's day with the 2 most important ladies of my life. We decided that we'd order some meat bone tea from Founder. 

Knowing that it would be mother's day today, we thought we'd play it safe by pre-ordering. There's even an option for the delivery time ! But guess what ? We selected the delivery time for 12pm and it never came. We then tried to call, but as we ordered from an online platform, there wasn't any number to call. The next best thing was email. And so, that's what we did. By then it was almost 1245pm and I was dying of hunger. About 10 minutes later, my mum received a call from one of the staff from Founder's and she apologized for missing out our order. She then went on and said that maybe she could send it to us tomorrow instead, but of course, we weren't having any of that. She then said that all her drivers are already out but maybe she can get it to us at 3pm and of course by then, I'd already have died of starvation, so in the end she said she'd try her best to get it to us by 2pm and you know what ? It arrived at 2pm sharp. 

She even threw in 4 cups of free drinks as an apology. Thank you so much !
