Mini peanut butter cake bites.
INGREDIENTS.
56.5g softened salted butter
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup skippy peanut butter
1 egg
96g of plain flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salted
INSTRUCTIONS.
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
2. Mix the butter, sugar and brown sugar together in a mixing bowl.
3. Add in the peanut butter and egg into the mixture and continue mixing until creamy.
4. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt and sift into the mixture.
5. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
6. Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into a ball.
7. Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10 - 12 minutes or a slightly darker shade of brown.
8. Remove the mini cakes and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.
