Changing my dad's opinion.

If I was made to choose only one thing to eat for the rest of my life, it'd have to be dumplings.

There is a vast variety of dumplings and xiao long bao is just one of them. For those of you who doesn't know what a xiao long bao is, it is just basically a kind of soup dumpling.

My dad loves his gyozas, but he has never been keen on xiao long bao and I don't actually know why.

My favorite place to have xiao long bao in Singapore is at Din tai fung. I always try and get my dad to dine there, but he always expresses signs of disapproval, so we never went.

We finally went today though and guess what ? He really enjoyed the meal.
