Hai di lao.
I recently got hooked onto ordering the 4 different soup bases.
I normally just have the same few repeat orders but once in a while, I'll have a few extra dishes. The thing I like about Hai di lao is the fact that you can halve a portion, which is perfect for 2 people.
My must order at the moment are tomato, mushroom, mala and the default chicken soup base. Tomato soup base is my highest recommendation. It is a must try.
