Happy niu year.
Happy niu year ! Niu year, get it ? Well, it's the year of the cow and cow in Chinese romanization is niu and it sounds just like new. Tee hee.
For Chinese new year eve, which is also usually the day that most families have their reunion dinner, we held a dinner party at our home. Our guests were Uncle Paul & Aunty Shaw Har, along with Uncle Kevin & Aunty Marilyn. My poor boy couldn't make it for dinner as he had to head back to Birmingham.
Well, here is the feast that my mum had prepared.
