When in Taiwan, you need to need to have hotpot. It is seriously of a different level. I'd have it everyday if I could.
Do you know what I love most about the hotpot here in Taiwan ? It's the fact that they add either pig's blood or duck blood into the soup base. It's my most favorite food item in the whole wide world !
Oh, if you do go for the mala soup base and you can't really take spicy food, remember that you can request for a less spicier version.
