Saboten.

Saboten is my number one place for tonkatsu.

My order has stayed the same from the very first time we dined there till today, and that is the salmon tonkatsu. One thing I really dislike is dry salmon and even though it's in the form of tonkatsu, somehow they manage to keep the moisture in.

And the other awesome thing about Saboten is their free flow cabbage.

But yes, even though I don't quite fancy the normal pork tonkatsu, I have tried it and it is quite delicious.
