Chinese style steamed salmon fillet.

INGREDIENTS.

1 shallot

1 dried shitake mushroom

½ chili

½ tomato

1 salmon fillet

2 stalk of chives

INSTRUCTIONS.

1. Fry the shallots in a little bit of oil.

2. Boil the shitake mushroom until slightly soft.

3. Put the salmon fillet in a steamable dish and rub a little bit of salt onto both sides of the fillet.

4. Add the fried shallots, shitake mushrooms, chili and tomato into the dish.

5. Add in one teaspoon of soy sauce.


6. Put the dish into the steamer and steam for about 15 minutes.

7. Take the dish out from the steamer with care and sprinkle chives on top.
